I opened my State Farm agency on December 1, 2025, and I'm excited to continue growing my team. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in the insurance industry, including six years as a State Farm Life Specialist before completing the Agent Aspirant Program. I'm a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, married with a daughter, and enjoy hiking, camping, reading, college football, and spending time with family and friends.
Being involved in the community is important to me. I'm an active member of Rotary and enjoy participating in local festivals and community events. Building relationships and giving back are core values of both my agency and my family.

As Account Associate for Marcie Ellison - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As Account Associate for Marcie Ellison - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
